What are we doing about COVID-19

While we do not condone the hysteria and mass toilet paper buying happening in Australia currently, I just wanted to keep you updated on how Brisbane Cake Co is responding to COVID-19.


At present our trade will be continuing as per normal and if there are any changes I will notify any affected clients ASAP via email.


I am a practicing paramedic the Queensland Ambulance Service, so I am receivingand implementing the daily updates on the QLD and Australian Governments advice on how to handle the ever changing situtation that is COVID-19. 


At Brisbane Cake Co we have always held a high standard of health, hygiene, safety and sanitation practices and we will continue to be strict with this. 


What I will ask of you, my clients, is this;

1. If you are experiencing ANY kind of symptoms of illness (cough, fevers, sneezing, sore throat etc) that you please notify me prior to pickup or delivery of your order, so we can arrange a non-contact form of delivery or pickup.

2. If you have recently returned from overseas, you must be in self-isolation. Due to this, if your order falls within this window, please contact me ASAP (7 days minimum notice required to avoid fees) to re-schedule your order.

3. If you have come into contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 you must also be in self-isolation. Again, if your order falls within your period of illness, please contact me ASAP to reschedule your order.


We need to be considerate of each others health at this time

and I thankyou for understanding and showing consideration for my families and my health.
